Whether you need to report an issue, schedule an appointment with a County Department, or check the progress of a request you've already submitted, 311 is available to assist you. Residents can call 311 to obtain information about local government services, report issues, request services and ask questions. Ways to Connect The 311 service is available through multiple channels, including phone, online, mobile app, email, social media and in-person visits. It is designed to provide a single point of contact for a variety of Miami-Dade County and City of Miami services, making it easier for residents to connect with their local government. By offering various contact methods and multilingual support, Miami-Dade County aims to enhance community engagement, streamline service delivery and ensure residents have access to the resources they need in the manner they prefer. Call 311 By dialing 311 or 305-468-5900 (outside Miami-Dade County), you can receive personalized customer service in English, Spanish or Haitian Creole. The 311 Contact Center is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., while closed on Sundays and holidays. Key Biscayne Village Manager Reports on Parks, Public Works, and Community Initiatives

VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT SUBJECT: Village Manager's Report DATE: October 18, 2024 REPORT: As of October 18, 2024, the following is the Village Manager's Report: 1. **Parks & Recreation:** * The "Fall Fest" event held on October 12th was a great success, drawing a large crowd of residents. We extend our thanks to the Parks & Recreation department for their excellent organization. * The tennis courts at the Key Biscayne Tennis Center will undergo resurfacing from November 1st to November 15th. We apologize for any inconvenience. 2. **Public Works:** * The ongoing road resurfacing project on Crandon Boulevard is progressing well and is expected to be completed by December 1st, ahead of schedule. * The new LED streetlights are being installed throughout the Village. This initiative is expected to improve visibility and reduce energy consumption. 3. **Community Development:** * The Village is currently reviewing new proposals for downtown beautification projects. A public workshop is scheduled for November 5th to gather community input. * The application period for the "Shop Local" grant program has opened. Local businesses are encouraged to apply for funding to support their growth and community engagement. 4. **Finance Department:** * The Village's annual budget is currently under review. A public hearing will be held on November 18th to discuss the proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year. 5. **Police Department:** * The Police Department will be hosting a "Community Safety Day" on November 9th at the Village Green. This event will feature demonstrations and opportunities to meet our officers. 6. **Fire Department:** * The Fire Department has received a new ambulance, which will enhance our emergency response capabilities. The new vehicle is already in service. We encourage residents to stay informed by attending public meetings and visiting the Village website regularly.
