Sign Up for The Greatest American Cleanup

Pasco County offers so much to enjoy—from our wide‑open spaces to our beautiful waterways—all contributing to a great quality of life. Keeping our community clean is a top priority for Keep Pasco Beautiful, which is why the nonprofit is once again partnering with Pasco County to recruit volunteers for the annual Greatest American Cleanup! Event Details:  WHEN:     Saturday, March 7, 2026  WHERE:  Various Locations Volunteer registration is open through February 27, 2026. Click HERE to register now! Disposable gloves, trash bags and Greatest American Cleanup T-shirts will be provided while supplies last. “Litter attracts litter, so these cleanups not only beautify a space, but they prevent litter as well,” said Keep Pasco Beautiful Coordinator John Fey. “About 80 percent of the trash in our waters originates from land, so we’re also protecting nurseries that so many creatures call home.” In 2025, over 1,000 volunteers picked up more than 23 tons of trash at 50 locations throughout Pasco. Help us increase the number of volunteers so we can clean more sites. This event is a partnership with Keep Pasco Beautiful, Pasco County Public Works, Reworld Pasco, the Surfing’s Evolution & Preservation Foundation and Tampa Bay Water. 4 weeks ago

"Thanks to Nomad Moving Co. who will be delivering trees to our auction winners. We appreciate your support. Helping us in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020! The Good Samaritan Health Clinic of Pasco, Inc., at 5334 Aspen St., New Port Richey provides medical and dental care to low-income residents of Pasco County for over twenty years. Patients, an average of 4000 per year, are those residents who do not have health insurance, do not qualify for Medicare or Medicaid and do not have the financial means to pay for medical or dental care. The clinic staff is almost entirely volunteers from Pasco County including physicians and dentists of Pasco County, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, clerical personnel, promoters and fundraisers. The 3rd Annual Festival of Trees is a fun, holiday event to raise money. Over 30 trees and wreaths have been purchased and will be decorated by businesses in the area. These trees will be displayed at the Gulf View Square Mall in Port Richey. The trees will be auctioned off to the highest bidder at a VIP party at the mall and all the funds benefit Good Samaritan Health Clinic.
