NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Goshen County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 6:00 PM in the Goshen County Library Community Room, 217 West 27th Avenue, Torrington, Wyoming, to consider a proposed amendment to the Goshen County Zoning Map. The proposed change would rezone Parcel ID 31-5005-01-2-00000 from Agricultural (A-1) to Commercial (C-2). This parcel is located approximately 5 miles west of Torrington on Highway 26. Written comments may be submitted to the Goshen County Planning Department, 2121 East 'C' Street, Torrington, Wyoming 82240, until 5:00 PM on the day of the hearing.
