The Casper Ranger House in Holyoke, Massachusetts, designed and built circa 1890date QS:P,+1890-00-00T00:00:00Z/9,P1480,Q5727902 by its namesake, it is a rare example of the contractor's work as architect. Casper Ranger and his company later managed by his sons were largely responsible for the construction of the Mount Holyoke College campus in South Hadley.

The Gauthier Block, a neoclassical building designed by Holyoke architect Oscar Beauchemin, now known as Wayfinders Dwight/Clinton for the nonprofit housing service which current manages the property. Built in 1910, it displays many features typical of its architect's work, including belt courses at the top and ground floors, and inset faux bay windows.
