The office is located at 4650 NW 21st Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309. Voters can also call 954-357-8683 for information. All absentee ballots must be returned by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

The City Clerk’s Office, located at 2600 Hollywood Blvd, Room 221, Hollywood, FL 33020, made qualifying papers available starting Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
