Reclaimed Water Line Break Spills 2,000 Gallons
A reclaimed water line broke May 25 at the 100 block of Bay Point Drive NE, releasing approximately 2,000 gallons. Workers contained about 150 gallons onsite, while 50 gallons entered a nearby storm drain. The remainder flowed into Coffee Pot Bayou.
Repairs are underway.
