"Notice of Petition Council HearingThe City of Selma has received a formal petition from the McCall Village Residents’ Organization regarding a rent increase notice issued to residents of the McCall Village Mobile Home Park. In accordance with the City’s Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance, the City Council will hold a petition hearing to allow both parties the opportunity to present information related to the proposed rent increase.
