A Tropical Storm Warning has been issued for Henry County, effective immediately and expiring at 7:00 AM UTC on October 10. The National Weather Service (NWS) Tallahassee FL issued the warning on October 9 at 10:57 PM EDT, impacting areas including Abbeville and Headland.

Residents should prepare for hazardous wind conditions, with peak gusts up to 50 mph. All remaining efforts to protect property must be completed as soon as possible. Move to safe shelter before hazardous winds begin.

A Flood Watch is in effect, with potential for major flooding from an additional 1-3 inches of rain. Emergency plans should include the possibility of evacuations and rescues. Heed all flood watches and warnings.
