This warning is effective until midnight EDT tonight, September 22. A severe thunderstorm was located near Hutch, approximately 9 miles east of Middlesboro, at 11:47 PM EDT, moving east at 25 mph. This storm is expected to bring 60 mph wind gusts and penny-sized hail.

Impacts include potential damage to roofs, siding, and trees. The severe thunderstorm is expected to reach Cubage around 11:50 PM EDT.
