Pinal County Sheriff's Office Receives Operation Stonegarden Grant
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Pinal County Sheriff's Office Awarded Operation Stonegarden Grant On May 14th, 2024, the Pinal County Sheriff's Office was awarded the Operation Stonegarden Grant for fiscal year 2024. This grant will assist PCSO and our partner agencies with equipment and overtime costs associated with combating criminal activity along the border in Pinal County. Sheriff Lamb stated, “I am thankful for the award of this grant, as it will help the Sheriff’s Office and our Law Enforcement partners keep Pinal County safe.”

ADOT to Host Public Meeting on I-10 Widening Project
The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) will be hosting a public meeting to discuss the I-10 improvement project. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Casa Grande City Gym/Recreation Center located at 360 N. Pinal Avenue. The purpose of the meeting is to provide information and gather public input on the project which aims to widen I-10 to three lanes in each direction between Casa Grande and Tucson.
Apache Junction City Facilities Closed for Presidents' Day
City Facilities Closed - Presidents' Day All City of Apache Junction facilities, including the library and municipal court, will be closed on Monday, February 19, 2024, in observance of Presidents' Day. Emergency services will remain available. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

"Notice is hereby given that the Casa Grande Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 510 E. Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, to consider the following case: ZONING CASE 24-007 – Request for Planned Area Development (PAD) zoning for approximately 4.6 acres, more or less, located south of Kortsen Road and east of Pinal Avenue. Applicant: M&M Casa Grande, LLC."

"The Casa Grande Police Department will host a Coffee with a Cop event on June 13, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Starbucks located at 1431 E Florence Blvd. This event provides an opportunity for community members to meet local officers, ask questions, and build relationships in an informal setting.
