Haines City Seeks Vendors for Annual Trunk or Treat | News

Haines City Parks & Recreation Department invites local businesses and organizations to participate in the annual Trunk or Treat event. The event will take place Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026, at Lake Eva Park. Miracle Toyota is sponsoring the event, which aims to provide a safe and festive Halloween experience for the community.

Vendors should decorate vehicles and distribute candy to attendees. Participants will walk past decorated vehicles, and candy will be dropped directly into their bags. Organizers recommend vendors prepare 2-5 pieces of candy per attendee, expecting about 3,000 participants.

Vendor setup begins at 7:30 a.m. All vehicles must be in their assigned spaces by 8:30 a.m. Staff will direct vendors to their spots. For safety, vehicles must remain on-site until the event concludes and foot traffic has dispersed, regardless of candy supply.

Vehicle owners or operators must remain with their vehicles throughout the event. Vendors unable to attend must notify organizers immediately.

The registration deadline is Oct. 14, 2026, or until all spaces are filled. Interested parties can secure a space by completing the vendor application form, which requires a picture of their vehicle for potential promotional use.
