Records Custodian All requests for public records shall be made in writing to the Records Custodian. A Public Records Request form must be completed and submitted to the Gulf County Sheriff’s Office. Public Records Request Form (PDF) The Gulf County Sheriff’s Office will respond to all public records requests within the time frame mandated by Florida law.
