If a user has a hold delivered later, they’ll keep their place in the holds list, but the hold will go to the next person in line. There’s usually a little paperclip icon with the audiobook when you check out the title if there is supplemental material included. Licking County Board of Commissioners Meetings The Licking County Board of Commissioners typically holds its regular meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM in the John P. Caren Boardroom, Room 103 of the Jane P. Black Government Center, 20 S. Second Street, Newark, OH. The specific schedule and any special meeting notices can be found on the county calendar.
