WordPress.com Easy Site Editor: AI-Powered Website Builder

WordPress.com is rolling out Easy Site Editor, a beta tool that lets users build websites through conversational commands rather than complex menus.

Users describe desired changes in plain language through a chat panel, with a live preview showing how the site will appear to visitors. Someone can request a new headline, swap images, adjust colors, or rewrite an About page. The system updates the preview in real time.

The tool also offers direct editing: users click on text or images and change them without navigating menus.

Easy Site Editor complements the existing WordPress Site Editor, which experienced designers use for granular control over blocks and templates. WordPress.com will roll out Easy Site Editor to all paid plans after the beta phase ends.
