Clewiston residents can find several community activities next week, including a fall break camp for children, chair yoga for seniors, a creative workshop at the library and a youth golf league.
The Clewiston Youth Center offers a Fall Break Camp for kindergartners through fifth graders Oct. 12-16. The camp includes crafts, games, STEM activities and team-building exercises. The cost is $125 per child. Registration opened Sept. 14. Space is limited.
The Youth Center also hosts Chair Yoga sessions at 8:15 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. The SGF Seniors program offers daily meals and connection for seniors through Dec. 31, 2026.
The Clewiston Public Library will hold a Diamond Painting Bookmarks workshop for ages 7 and up starting at 3:30 p.m. while supplies last.
The Clewiston Golf Course Youth Golf League runs through Jan. 1, 2027, providing opportunities for young golfers.
