Soil Quality Specialist, Jeff Hemenway, Huron, SD, taught a session at a National Soil Quality Training session in Gillette, Wyoming, in 2013. Jeff's table top presentaiton featured the Rainfall Simulator which demonstrates how well, or not, soils can allow rain to infiltrate.
