Automated observations at 6:00 PM MDT indicated a line of showers extending from 8 miles northwest of Savageton to over NARM Mine, or from 24 miles northwest of Wright to 20 miles southeast of Wright, moving northeast at 25 mph. These conditions are expected to bring gusty winds that could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

The NWS advises close monitoring of the weather situation and preparedness for threatening conditions. Frequent cloud-to-ground lightning is also occurring with this storm; lightning can strike up to 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek safe shelter inside a building or vehicle immediately.
