Student Code of Conduct 2025-2026

Congratulations Fisher Langford!

Trenton Elementary School is proud to announce that Fisher Langford, a 5th-grade student, has won first place in the "What's Your Superpower?" essay contest. Fisher’s essay, focusing on the superpower of reading, was chosen as the best in the state. His winning essay will be published in the upcoming "Young Writers Showcase" magazine. This is a tremendous accomplishment for Fisher and a testament to the hard work and dedication of his teachers and family. We are so proud of Fisher and his incredible writing talent!

Awards Day

On Thursday, May 23, 2024, Trenton Elementary School held its annual Awards Day ceremony to celebrate the accomplishments of its students. The gymnasium buzzed with excitement as students from various grades were called to the stage to receive recognition for their hard work and dedication throughout the school year. Awards were presented for a wide range of achievements, including academic excellence in various subjects, perfect attendance, and outstanding citizenship. Special awards were also given to students who demonstrated exceptional growth and effort. The ceremony was attended by proud parents, faculty, and staff who cheered on the deserving recipients. Principal Sarah Jenkins addressed the students, congratulating them on their successes and encouraging them to continue striving for excellence in the future. The event concluded with a sense of pride and accomplishment, marking a fitting end to the academic year at Trenton Elementary School.

Final Summer Meal Distribution

Gilchrist County Schools Nutrition Department will be conducting the FINAL Summer Meal Distribution for the 2023-2024 School Year on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. This distribution will be for the remainder of July and the first week of August. We are so excited to be able to continue to provide our students with meals throughout the summer. This will be the final meal distribution for the summer, so please make sure to come out and pick up your meals. Thank you for your support!
