Local high school seniors have the opportunity to apply for scholarships offered by the Township Officials of Illinois (TOI). The organization is currently accepting applications for its 2025 Scholarship program.
This year, TOI plans to award seven scholarships, each valued at $2,000. The scholarships are designated for high school seniors graduating this spring.
