Federal court users in Fort Pierce may have encountered intermittent issues with electronic filing and document access over the weekend. The U.S. Courts PACER Management Office performed system maintenance on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 6:55 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

During this period, users of the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system and the Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system experienced potential disruptions. These included difficulties signing in to the Production environment and connection problems when making payments through Pay.gov.

PACER provides public access to federal court documents, while CM/ECF is the electronic filing system used by attorneys and court staff. These systems are vital for the efficient operation of federal courts.

The maintenance aimed to ensure the continued reliability and performance of these essential systems. Users are advised to check official court notices for any further updates.
