Fort Morgan Trash Collection Rates Up 15% in 2026

Fort Morgan residents and businesses will pay 15% more for trash collection starting in 2026.

Single-family homes now cost $39.40 monthly for weekly service with three poly karts. Duplexes and two-family units pay $79.65 monthly with three karts per unit. Homeowners operating small businesses pay $39.45 for residential service plus $25.88 for up to two additional karts for commercial waste.

Commercial customers using poly karts pay $39.45 monthly for two karts collected weekly. Businesses with dumpsters pay $37.72 monthly for grandfathered two-cubic-yard containers or $43.00 for three-cubic-yard dumpsters, with a maximum of five collections per week.

The increase applies uniformly across all residential and commercial rate categories while maintaining existing service levels.
