Luverne is launching a Civic Assembly Group — a new way for residents to help shape local decisions through learning, discussion, and shared recommendations. Participants receive clear, balanced information, hear from experts, and spend time discussing the topic together. After working through the issue, the group shares recommendations with City leaders.  Our first topic: Electric Scooters in Luverne.  We’re looking for residents who want to represent the community and explore this issue together.
