The City of Luverne has submitted a full water service line inventory as required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). If your property’s service line material is lead or galvanized, you will receive a letter from us. If your service line is unknown, the City is continuing to investigate. The Water Department will be “potholing” the unknown areas, which requires digging a hole in the boulevard to view the service line. All holes will be filled in and returned to their original condition. This project will continue until all inventory is complete.
