Lauderdale-by-the-Sea residents and contractors can now submit building permit applications and plans entirely online through a new system managed in partnership with CAP Government, Inc. The electronic process facilitates plan reviews, approvals, and inspection scheduling, aiming to reduce the need for in-person visits to Town Hall. Paper submissions remain an option, and information on expedited processing and online resources can be found on the town's website.
