Join us for a tour through the Haunted Arboretum, where eerie sights, creepy characters, and unexpected scares await around every turn. As darkness falls, the Arboretum comes alive with spooky surprises lurking throughout the trail. Gather your friends and family, step into the darkness, and prepare for a fright-filled adventure you won’t soon forget. Keep your eyes open because you never know what may be waiting just beyond the trees. Do you have what it takes to make it to the end? Get your Tickets Here! Scare tour slots are assigned at the time of registration and cannot be changed once selected. All participants must complete a waiver. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited! They'll walk you through the vendor registration process step-by-step to make sure you are ready to participate in County contracts. This event is intended for businesses not currently registered as vendors with Miami-Dade County. To participate in the event, bring the following information with you on a flash drive: Company's name, address, email, and contact person's information Local business tax receipt if the company's physical address is in Miami-Dade County Certificate of Corporation Signed and dated W-9 Form (Rev. 3-2024) Any preprinted IRS form issued by the IRS identifying your business name and EIN Remember to bring your laptop! The Winter Haven Recreation & Cultural Center Branch Library is now open to the public! This neighborhood branch is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Browse a curated collection of books for all ages, and take advantage of the Creative Studio (opening soon!), a reservable space featuring professional-level audio equipment and software for self-directed creativity, learning, and skill-building. Visitors can also check out laptops for in-library use, and faxing and printing services will be available. Stop by and see what’s new—we’re excited to welcome you!
