The city provides a one time a year bulk pickup service for larger items that do not meet collection requirements for most residents with active utility accounts. Items must be placed within 10 feet of the curb but not in the street, under overhead wires, or low-hanging limbs. Yard debris and household items may be disposed of simultaneously; however, they must be in separate piles. Pickups are scheduled in the order in which they are called into the Public Works Department.
