Sanitation Division The Sanitation Department provides a variety of services for Residential and Commercial customers to include: Residential Services Twice-Weekly solid waste collection service for nearly all residents within city limits. One weekly curbside recycling collection. Free annual bulk pickup service. Commercial Services Roll-off services for open-top containers, compactors and recycling needs. Front load services for solid waste and recycling. Special pickups for items that do not meet normal collection requirements.
