Palm Coast Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure at Coffee Shop
The Flagler County Sheriff's Office arrested Cory White, 29, on May 13 after he exposed himself to employees at an Ellianos Coffee drive-thru in Palm Coast.
An employee told deputies that White, in a dark-colored van, rubbed a $20 bill on his exposed genitals while making facial expressions to draw attention to himself. When a second employee approached the window, White had his penis exposed. The employee served him coffee to clear the line.
Deputies identified White through a phone number connected to a family rewards account and security camera footage. In a photo lineup, the victim confirmed White was the man at the drive-thru window.
When detectives met with White on May 19 at his residence, he denied exposing himself, saying employees may have seen an "outline" through his shorts. He acknowledged previous trouble with indecent exposure.
White pleaded guilty to indecent exposure in 2023 after exposing himself in a GameStop parking lot. He also pleaded no contest that year to burglary of a structure, grand theft and petit theft.
White was charged with exposure of sex organs, second offense. He was released from the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility on a $2,500 bond.
"This is the second case in just a few months that we have arrested someone for exposing themselves to workers at a drive-thru," Sheriff Rick Staly said. "No employee should be subjected to this behavior while working."
