Palm Coast Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure

Palm Coast Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure at Coffee Shop Drive-Thru

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office arrested Cory White, 29, on May 19 for indecent exposure at Ellianos Coffee. White faces charges of exposure of sex organs, second offense, stemming from a May 13 incident at the Palm Coast drive-thru.

Two employees reported that White arrived in a dark-colored van, rubbed a $20 bill on his genitals while making facial expressions, and attempted to direct their attention to his exposed penis. One employee left the window and alerted a coworker, who also observed White with his penis exposed. The second employee served his coffee to get him to leave as other vehicles waited in line.

Deputies identified White through a phone number linked to a rewards account belonging to his family. Security cameras captured his vehicle near the business on May 13. During a photo lineup, a victim positively identified White as the driver.

When detectives met White at his residence on May 19, he acknowledged interacting with the employees but denied exposing himself. He said they may have seen the "outline" of his penis through his shorts. White told detectives that "none of my needs are met on this property" and that "the urge is always there."

White pleaded guilty to indecent exposure in 2023 after exposing himself in a GameStop parking lot. He also pleaded no contest to burglary of a structure, grand theft and petit theft that year.

Sheriff Rick Staly said: "This is the second case in just a few months that we have arrested perverts exposing themselves to innocent workers at a drive-thru. This kind of behavior is disgusting, and no employee just trying to work should be exposed to this type of behavior. Since he didn't learn last time, he needs a harsh penalty and help before he continues to escalate."

White was held at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility and later released on a $2,500 bond.
