Affected areas include the Foothills and Valleys of the North Cascades; Lowlands of Western Whatcom County; Lowlands of Western Skagit and Northwestern Snohomish Counties; Downtown Everett / Marysville Area; Shoreline / Lynnwood / South Everett Area; Lowlands of Lewis and Southern Thurston Counties; and Island County.
