NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on May 12, 2026, at 6:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy UT. To consider a request to amend the following maps, for the property located at approximately 2715 West 4800 South: General Plan (Future Land Use Map) from Single-Family Residential to Multi-Family Residential. Zoning Map from RE-20 (Residential Estates) to R-3 (Multi-Family Residential) To consider a request to annex into Roy City an 3.96-acre parcel located at approximately 2175 West 3750 South. To consider a Development Agreement with Steward Land Co regarding a project located at approximately 3925 West 4965 South, to allow 43 single-family dwellings on smaller lots.   THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE
