Probate & Estate Services staff will help families complete the Family History Questionnaire and gather key documents, such as birth, death, marriage, adoption, and cultural adoption records, to reduce delays and support timely probate review. Enrollment, Realty and Land Titles and Records staff will provide land inventories and answer questions about trust, CDIBs or restricted land interests.
