Tavares residents can now report non-emergency issues and request city services through the SeeClickFix platform. The city partners with the free mobile and web-based application to offer a faster and more convenient way for citizens to communicate with city staff.

Users can submit service requests with detailed descriptions, including photos and videos. The platform automatically routes these requests to the appropriate city employee. Residents will receive status updates on their requests.

Citizens can access the service online by visiting the SeeClickFix website, entering the address or dragging a pointer on the map to the issue's location, and then completing the submission form. Alternatively, the SeeClickFix mobile app, available for free download on iOS and Android devices, allows for 24/7 reporting from a smartphone.

SeeClickFix is a public application. Service request descriptions will be visible to the public, along with the user's display name, unless the user chooses to submit anonymously. Personal email addresses will not be publicly displayed.

For emergency situations, residents should continue to contact Police Dispatch directly at 352-343-2101. For all other non-emergency issues addressable through SeeClickFix, residents can submit requests online or call 352-742-6902.

The SeeClickFix platform uses reCAPTCHA, and Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
