The City of Tavares has launched SeeClickFix, a new online platform, allowing residents to easily report city service needs.

Through the platform, citizens can submit requests for city services. Users creating an account for the first time will need to click 'Next' on the service request submission page to set up their profile. Once logged in via the city's official website, users will remain signed in for future use.

SeeClickFix accounts allow residents to view their submitted requests, track their status, and receive updates. Display names are public and visible to other users, but email addresses remain private.

Residents who prefer not to create an account can submit requests anonymously through the 'Guest' tab.

For questions about the system, residents can contact Mark O'Keefe at (352) 253-4343. General SeeClickFix support is available at (800) 369-9060.
