A motorcyclist died Tuesday evening in a head-on collision on High Bridge Road in Volusia County, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

The crash occurred around 5:30 p.m. south of Walter Boardman Lane when a southbound 2005 Harley-Davidson veered into the northbound lane and struck a 2016 Honda CR-V.
