Montrose County to Review Subdivision Exemption Request at Public Hearing
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Montrose County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in the BOCC Hearing Room, located at 320 South 1st Street, Montrose, CO 81401, to consider a Subdivision Exemption application submitted by Brandon J., and Holly M. Rivas. The application seeks to create two lots, Lot 1 containing 35.46 acres and Lot 2 containing 35.00 acres. The property is zoned Agricultural (A) and is located at 69899 Hwy 50, Montrose, CO 81401; more particularly described as a portion of the NW4 of Section 26, Township 49 North, Range 10 West, N.M.P.M. Said hearing will be held pursuant to the Montrose County Land Use Regulations. Information regarding this request is available for public inspection at the Montrose County Land Use Department, located at 320 South 1st Street, Montrose, Colorado, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The application and supporting documents are also available on the County’s website at: www.montrosecounty.net under “Public Hearings.” At the hearing, the Board of County Commissioners will consider all evidence and testimony presented and will make a decision regarding the application.
