The Montrose County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on May 21st, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the BOCC Hearing Room, located at 320 South 1st Street, Montrose, CO 81401, to consider Resolution 2024-26 approving the Amended and Restated Agreement for Construction and Operation of Fiber Optic Infrastructure, by and between Montrose County, the Montrose County Public Improvement Corporation and FastTrack Communications, LLC. Copies of Resolution 2024-26 and the Amended and Restated Agreement are available for public inspection in the Montrose County Land Use Office, located at 320 South 1st Street, Montrose, CO 81401 during regular business hours.
