Application should be submitted at least one week prior to the event. 2. Applicant should notify all residents within the area to be closed. 3. The Village will provide “Street Closed” barricades if requested. 4. Emergency vehicles and local traffic must have access to the street at all times. 5. Any amplified sound must terminate by 10:00 p.m. 6. The Village of Elm Grove assumes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries occurring as a result of the street closing. All liability is assumed by the applicant/sponsor.
