East Greenbush School Board Adopts $118.9M Budget; Voters Decide May 19

The East Greenbush Central School District Board of Education adopted a $118.9 million budget for the 2026-27 school year Tuesday evening. District residents will vote on the spending plan May 19.

State law requires school districts to submit budgets to voters each spring. If voters reject the proposal, the board must revise and resubmit it or adopt a contingency budget with spending restrictions.

The district will announce polling locations and times on its website.
