Dunedin Proclaims Patriot Day, National Day of Service
Dunedin officially recognized Friday, Sept. 11, 2026, as Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance. The City Commission presented a proclamation to the American Legion Auxiliary Dunedin Memorial Unit 275 during its regular meeting on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026. The proclamation honors the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and encourages community service and remembrance.
