TOWN OF BALDWIN PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Baldwin Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall courtroom. AGENDA: Regular Town Matters
City Commission Meeting - The next regular meeting of the Miramar City Commission will be held on Wednesday, July 17th at City Hall. The meeting will begin at 6:00 PM. Agenda items include discussions on the proposed city budget and zoning approvals. Public comment is welcome. A copy of the full agenda is available on the city website.
The School Advisory Forum is a group of parents, community members, staff, and students (at the secondary level). The purpose of the School Advisory Forum is to bring together all segments of the school's community. It provides a forum for discussion and input on school-wide issues. Agendas are posted prior to the meetings and minutes are available upon request to the Principal, Ms. Hamed. SAF meetings are held @ 2:15pm-3:15pm in the Media Center. Dates for the 2024-2025 School Year are: September 17, 2024 October 15, 2024 November 12, 2024 January 21, 2025 February 18, 2025 March 18, 2025

Budget Public Hearings The City Commission holds budget public hearings to present to the public a tentative budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Workshop Meetings The City Commission holds workshop meetings to focus on long-range and comprehensive planning matters. Workshops are open to the public. There is no general public comment and no votes are taken at these meetings.
