NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission of the City of St. Pete Beach, Florida, will hold Public Hearings at City Hall, 155 Corey Avenue, St. Pete Beach, Florida, as follows: Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. to consider the following: An Ordinance amending the City’s Land Development Code regarding regulation of Wireless Communication Facilities. The proposed ordinance will update the regulations for wireless communication facilities within the City. An Ordinance amending the City’s Land Development Code regarding flood damage prevention regulations. The proposed ordinance will update the regulations to comply with current requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program. Copies of the proposed Ordinance may be obtained for review at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 155 Corey Avenue, St. Pete Beach, Florida, during regular business hours.
