MEADOW POINTE II COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RE: REVISED AMENITY POLICIES Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors of the Meadow Pointe II Community Development District on May 16, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Meadow Pointe II Clubhouse, 6851 Meadow Pointe Blvd., Wesley Chapel, FL 33543, for the purpose of receiving public comment on revisions to the District’s Amenity Policies. Copies of the proposed revisions to the District’s Amenity Policies are available for inspection at the District Manager’s Office, 12051 Corporate Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32817, during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or via electronic means and to provide comment or submit written statements to the Board. The public hearing may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (407) 841-5524 at least two calendar days prior to the meeting. ESTANCIA AT WIREGRASS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF MEETING The ESTANCIA AT WIREGRASS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT will hold a Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors on Monday, June 3, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. at the Estancia Club, located at 3100 Estancia Blvd., Wesley Chapel, Florida 33543. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. PURPOSE OF MEETING: The purpose of the meeting is to conduct CDD business. IF ANY PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING, SUCH PERSON WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
