The school also confirmed full compliance with all sanitary and health requirements, ensuring a safe environment for students and staff.
DDCES actively implements its 2026-2027 Wellness and Physical Education Policy through its School Wellness/Healthy School Team Committee, promoting healthy lifestyles.
The school has earned an 'A' grade from the Florida Department of Education for multiple consecutive school years, including 2025-2026, 2024-2025, 2023-2024, 2022-2023, 2021-2022, 2018-2019, 2017-2018, and 2016-2017. The department did not issue school grades for the 2019-2020 school year due to COVID-19.
