Grounded in Yoga Learn to Connect Mind and Body We meet every 4th Monday of the month in the main floor meeting room from 6 pm. Grounded in Yoga is a program designed to promote calmness and connection through the practice of yoga. With gentle guidance by instructor Margaret Gossens, participants will explore foundational yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness principles, fostering a deeper connection between mind and body. Each session offers a peaceful space to slow down, breathe deeply, and nurture a sense of inner calm. All experience levels are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not, one will be provided. Registration requested.
