The Town of James Island is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the update of the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. The Request for Proposals (RFP) document, including a detailed scope of services, evaluation criteria, and submission requirements, is available on the Town’s website at www.jamesislandsc.us under the “Bids & RFPs” tab or may be obtained by contacting the Town Administrator at (843) 795-4141. Proposals must be received by 5:00 PM on September 29, 2023. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
