Deerfield Beach residents seeking town records, including meeting agendas and minutes, will find a new procedure in place. As of Oct. 23, 2014, these documents are no longer posted on the Town Clerk's main webpage. Instead, all minutes and agendas are accessible through the “I Want To…” tab on the town's website. Users can navigate to “Find A Town Record” and then select “Town Clerk.” This section provides options for locating minutes and agendas, as well as other town records.
Upcoming meeting agendas will be posted on the calendar page, corresponding with their scheduled meeting dates. Meeting videos are available on a dedicated YouTube channel.
The Town Clerk's office implemented the change to streamline record management and improve public accessibility. Residents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the updated website navigation.
