Pasco County Mail-In Ballots Mailing for General Election

Pasco County voters can expect their mail-in ballots for the upcoming General Election to arrive soon. Supervisor of Elections Brian E. Corley announced that over 47,000 Vote by Mail ballots will be mailed Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026, to residents who have already submitted requests.

Ballots for uniformed and overseas citizens were mailed Sept. 18, 2026.

Voters must return their voted ballots by 7 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 3, 2026. The Supervisor of Elections Office advises voters to allow ample time for U.S. Postal Service delivery or to hand-deliver ballots to any of the three Supervisor of Elections' Offices in Pasco County. Voted ballots are also accepted at early voting sites but cannot be submitted at polling places on Election Day.

Voters who have not yet requested a ballot can call the elections office, use the online request form at PascoVotes.gov, or submit a written request. Written requests require the Statewide Vote by Mail Request form (DS-DS 160), available at PascoVotes.gov. These requests must include the voter’s Florida driver license number, Florida ID number, or the last four digits of their Social Security number, along with their date of birth and Pasco County residence address. A voter’s signature is also required for written requests.

Vote by Mail ballots cannot be forwarded but can be sent to a temporary mailing address outside of Pasco County. Voters should confirm their mailing address when ordering a ballot.

The final deadline to request a ballot to be mailed is 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026. Requests for Vote by Mail ballots, whether written or telephonic, must originate from the voter, an immediate family member, or a legal guardian.

Voters may also pick up ballots in person at any of the three elections offices starting Sept. 24, 2026. Ballot pick-ups are not permitted once the mandatory early voting period begins Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026. Individuals picking up ballots for another voter need written authorization from the voter, photo identification, and must complete an affidavit.
