Wind speeds are forecast between 15-25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph, with a potential for sustained winds of 39 to 57 mph. A Flood Watch is also in effect. Anticipate an additional 3-6 inches of rain, with locally higher amounts, leading to moderate flooding.
