Join Orlando Health for a day of health and wellness at the Lake Mary Community Center. We'll have free health screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose, as well as information on cancer prevention, diabetes management, and heart health. There will also be healthy cooking demonstrations and activities for kids.
